The Golan Heights tour offers a unique combination of the Geo-Political situation of the Middle East, together with Jewish history of the Talmudic era, an esoteric ethnoreligious group and great wineries.

A scenic drive through the Golan volcanoes will take us to Mount Bental, a former Syrian and Israeli Military bunker, famous for its amazing 360 view from Mt. Hermon in the north, the Galilee mountains in the east, the Golan Heights in the south and the Syrian border in the west. After understanding the strategic importance of the Golan Heights and its role in the region throughout the history, we will visit one of the boutique wineries to taste local wine.

Our next stop brings us to Um El Kanatir, an ancient Synagogue dated to the Talmudic era (6th Century), recently reconstructed using special High-Tech computer technology to code and digitally record the stones.

After exploring here, we'll head to Majdal Shams, the biggest Druze Village located at the foot of Mt. Hermon, where we meet local people from this interesting ethnoreligious group, unique to this region, and learn about their belief, traditions and the political situation in living between Israel and Syria.

Our final stop,  the "Shouting Hill", where families from both sides of the border use to meet to see and talk, actually shout, to their relatives on the other side.
